How accurate is the balance?
It's an estimate from your loan amount, current rate, tenure and first EMI date, assuming the rate stayed the same. If your rate changed or you prepaid, enter the balance from your latest statement for an exact figure.
What reminders can I add?
A yearly reminder to consider a prepayment (pick your bonus month), a reminder to check your rate when it's reset, an optional reminder the day before each EMI, and a reminder to collect your documents when the loan ends. They download as a calendar file that works with Google Calendar, iPhone and Outlook.
